Hi Tony, Great to see another 39 Plymouth. do you follow the face book page 1930-1950 dodge Plymouth in Australia sight? I have been collecting body numbers of the 3 window coups. do you know what your body number is? the lowest we have is 2 and the highest i think was 27.

starting out in rodding all i had was fords .mopars wear not cool to rod, times have changed and having a steel, diferent ,rear, car is cooler now than the run of the mill.

yes the us coupes lost the rumble seat in 39 but the convertables still had the rumble seat .3windowcoupe

HI mopar friends and thanks for the welcome Andy. I have a 39 plymouth rare aussie coupe that was in a scrap yard in 1971. it was entered in the demolition derby but broke down before the race. the car went back to the yard and was then saved for $50. the car sat for 30 years before i got it for $400. i have had the car for 20 years now and now runs a 318 and 727 and charger rearend i have some picks from 71 to today. thanks 3 window coupe.

Hi have a Australian 39 plymouth coupe that i have had for 20 years, i was told that thear was only 26 dodges and 34 plymouth ever made"not confermed" in 20 years i only know of 9 coupes left around australia
