Thanks for the welcome guys… the next thing we’ll need to tackle will be the parking brake. It doesn’t do much of anything when the car is up the driveway. I’ve attached a pick showing the front a couple months ago when we had some snow. If you’ll notice I need to replace two of the bars on the grill, so if anyone has a lead, that would be appreciated. In the garage is our other project, a 30 Model A hotrod. We’ll continue on that one after making the Chrysler road worthy. These are nice big cars.

Hello all, I’ve been lurking for a few months now just absorbing all the helpful information from this site. I recently picked up a 47 Chrysler Windsor to work on with my 2 sons. I like to say thanks to this site for the available tech section, for example removing a badly rusted water distribution tube. That saved us. Anyway, here is a pic of our toy. She needs a few trims and a lot of cleaning and maintenance but we hope to have her on the road soon.
