I worked as a mechanic in college.  So if your 1965 Chevy needs points, I am your guy.  New cars confuse me when I open the hood.  I have a 1951 partially restored Dodge Truck.  I don't want to make it more than a good driver that I can take my grandkids out safely in.  I intend to make it as original as possible but I am not going to go nuts or show it at any events other than our "Cars and Coffee" in our town here in Maryland.
