My Pleasure! It's a privilege to own one of these classic vehicles. I figure I'm just a temporary "care-taker". They all are a part of our history. The M-37 was restored in Honor of my Father who spent his entire adult life in the Military. The Plymouth brings back a very large part of my past. We the willing, led by the unknowing, are doing the impossible for the ungrateful. We have done so much, with so little, for so long, we are now qualified to do anything, with nothing. Mother Teresa

We're pretty proud of ours. 95% original, still a work in progress. It's our parade vehicle and it's most welcomed wherever it goes.

I used to run-around up there in the "Twin-City's". Our 1952 Dodge M37 came from Forest Lake MN. 30 below the day we picked her up!

Hello Greg G. No misfire. Had not thought about the motor mounts. Good idea. We really haven't had the opportunity to spend much quality time with our new girl. Have several projects going at the same time and trying to get caught up as we speak. I am going to try to get into my Buddy's service station and put it up on a rack so we can do a full under side inspection. (maybe get a few pictures of her bottom?) Anyway, all good suggestions and I will follow up on all of them. Still trying to sell a couple of items. Right before the holidays is a bad time for selling used cars and boats but we need the room in the shop!!!

That's funny. Maybe we both have a gremlin or a ghost? Sometimes these vibrations and rattles can be frustration to the max.

Hello Crew. I went back through the archives and did a little reading on outside rearview mirrors. Anyone have a favorite model? How about the best quality? Largest diameter? Too many years of driving a semi have me a bit nervous to operate with proper vision to the rear. Don't want to scratch the "new" 48 Plymouth! Any help and opinions will be greatly welcomed.

I have to agree with DonaldSmith. Mine does the same thing only under acceleration from a stop sign. On my "to do" list! Maybe when they replaced the exhaust system they put one of the hangers in a bind?? Might try loosing then one at a time and see if it relieves any tension on the hanger or pipe. That's my next try. Best of luck.

I've hit a couple of bricks over the years in big city's. Never a ladder, although a good Friend totaled a Volvo on I-80 when he hit a ladder & bicycles that fell off a motorhome. Had another Buddy total a Freightliner in OK when he hit a heard of cattle in the middle of the night. I was one lucky truckdriver. Key word, "lucky". I've never heard of the Campbell 66 refer trucks. That's funny. I found this picture of an "Ole Boy" Humpin' To Freeze" on the internet. Burrrrrr Cold. Don't think the "Harlem Hussy" will ever see snow again. Got a nice big shop to sit in now.

Hey Flatie46. I am not a big e-bay guy but here you go! https://www.ebay.com/itm/Campbell-66-Vintage-Style-T-shirt-Humpin-To-Please-Trucking-Memorabilia-/152445153319 History HOW A CAMEL AND A BULLDOG CAME TOGETHER https://campbell66express.wordpress.com/category/history/ We have 2 boats right now, one of them is for sale. I can't believe somebody lost a tailgate and didn't back track for it???????

Thanks Bill. It takes a very special Lady to put up with a truckdriver for that long! I haven't always been a Saint. No, really!

This is cracking me up. Too funny. Years ago there was a trucking company with the logo "Humpin' To Please" on the side of their trailers.

Hey Guys & Fairfield Lady! Yes my Lori went with me, and Grandpa's has the closest thing to homemade ice-cream you can get unless you make it yourself! We get to VPW in Fairfield quite often to get parts and supplies for the Dodge M37. Really nice Folks.

Hey Crew! Yesterday my Lori & her "husband" (I resemble that remark) have been married 33 years. Holy Cow, time for ice cream!

Now that is funny. 42 years of over the road trucking and I've never seen a "speed cushion" sign. Iowa is one big speed bump, er, well, I mean cushion. "Gonna do a wheelie on that there gopher mound now, Smokey. Can you dig it, Smokey? Got four on the floor and four in the air on that one, didn't we? Goodness gracious. 'Bout ta bust my shocks."
