I liked the look of freshly stripped and painted rims, but after plenty of cure time, and a coat of wax, it was time to scrape up the rims with wheel covers. Much better!

When I stripped the last rim I found gray paint under layers of black, so they may be going gray when it comes time to paint the rest of the car.
