It has a lubrication sticker from 1956 when it had 21,000. It still has a 1956 Tx State inspection, and a Humble oil window sticker on the back glass, which will remain. It still has the Tulsa dealership plate from when it was new. The first or second owner added seat covers before the original pinstriped upholstery failed.

Since this pic was taken he's had the half century maintenance or 10,ooo miles whichever comes first. The brake shoes were new and the hydraulic system rebuilt, but receipts show it was done in the 1990s, and they didn't hone out well enough for me so I bought all new cylinders and hoses. Some resourceful mechanic adapted a Chevrolet tank to fit, but it was filthy and Swiss Cheesed, so he got a new one.
