Need replacement interior parts!

Hello. I am restoring a 1950 Dodge Ram truck and have started pulling out the crumbling interior panels and taking out the nasty carpet pieces that my grandfather used as door panels. Does anyone know a good resource for buying replacement items? I need sun visors, interior door panels, carpet, door handles, replacement knobs (choke, throttle, etc.), shift boot, etc. I can probably fabricate my own interior panels for the back (around the rear windows) and above the doors... but does anyone have any templates or have done this before? Any advice appreciated! Thanks.

Door handles and knobs and such your might find some of this from Roberts motors, otherwise Ebay and some of the guys here might have them.
