If you look at the website, that 1947 Mercury is the Canadian Mercury 114 - a Ford with Mercury grille, trim and taillamps for Canadian Lincoln-Mercury dealers. It became the Meteor for 1949.

The 1965 Dodge Polara 880 convertible (note the Plymouth instrument panel) has a V8 engine (note the emblem under the front series nameplate) and not the standard slant six. (Yep, Canadian C body Dodges in the late 1960's could be had with a slant six!)
