I was wondering if anyone knows where to get (or have an extra) the throttle linkage stud that the bellcrank slips over for a 1948 dodge. Does this stud screw into the hole between the two head bolts near the oil filter? I have attached a picture that shows somewhat what I’m talking about. Thanks for your time.

HHmmm thats a good question. I've looked around the few obvious suppliers with no mention at all about diff bolts except for vintage powerwagons. They have a head stud with taller threads on top for accessories they say. So maybe a little work that could work.

Thats all I got, hope that helps.

Shel, sounds like a good thing to scrounge up on your junkyard crawl, a few of the head bolts that are threaded to receive throttle return spring tabs, throttle pivot bolts and battery ground bolts. And the tabs and bolts that go with them.
