Tilt front car

Afew months ago, someone on here was discussing a tilt front end, and I mentioned that there had been a car on Craigslist that had one. At the time, the car was no longer advertised there, but it's showed up again.

I only bring it up because it might be worthwhile to contact the owner about the tilt front end before taking on the project ones self.

I wonder if this is the same car shown in the gallery section? The one in the gallery says it will have a 440 but that could have changed.
