I would think that you would be on the edge of an industral zoned area and your back yard should be no problem if it borders the industral zoned land. You could check the zoning laws in your town to see what is allowed adjacent to industral zoned land.

IMHO each and every car built since around 1987 is fugly at BEST... and the Nobel Prize winner for fugly goes to the Pontiac Aztek. runners-up include the Honda Odyssey, Toyota Echo, and Dodge Charger. those are the best reasons to buy a bike i can think of.
