Guest Roadrunner Posted November 28, 2006 Report Posted November 28, 2006 I have a 1940 Plymouth that I recently purchased. I got her real cheap so I new that it would be a big project. So I was happy enough that it has all the sheepmetal in good shape. However to my suprise the front crossmember is far gone. I'm suprised I did not pull the lower control arms off dragging it on the trailer. The rest of the frame looks good. I need some info on what will work and what won't. whick years are the same as 1940 in the frame and front crossmember. We are not looking to make it a hot rod so I would like to stay away from aftermarket front ends if possible. Any info or leads into parts for sale would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Steve and Darrien Quote
