B1B clutch

Well the time has come to replace the clutch in my 48 B1B. At some point in it's life, a P15 motor was installed. My question might be silly, but is the 3-speed trans the same for a P15 car as the B1B? Basically, will a clutch kit for the car work in my truck?

They are pretty much the same so long as they are from the small six line, of the period design, diameter, and use the same size spine out of the transmission.
