1947 Dodge chassis with a Stordor step van body installed on it

I have a 1947 Dodge chassis step van engine number T116-105212. It is a dually with 16" wheels in the back but 15" 5 bolt wheels in the front. This wheel size difference seems odd to me though maybe it has something to do with it not really being set up for heavy loads. Anyone have any ideas on this wheel set up? Can any one tell me what the 6 numbers after the T116 refer to? It's a 3 speed and has the proper speedo in the hand made dash with various other gauges for the temp oil pressure gas etc. Got it up and running with brakes needing some work. I'll post pictures if I can figure out how to make the files small enough to load up. Front end is steel while all the rest is aluminum. Appreciate any and all constructive comments.

Thanks
