Budd type wheels for mid 50's 2 ton truck

What were the disc wheel options for bigger Dodge trucks in 55-56?   The truck I have has been sitting on the ground for a while....the wheels were sold a long ago by a relative.  It is sunk in the ground but looks like maybe 5 or 6 stud wheels?  The truck is a 55 or 56 and I think it would rate as a 1.5 to 2 tonner.  I know a guy who has lot of old truck wheels/tires which would serve as project rollers, but I don't know exactly what to look for.....?   Bolt pattern, measurements, etc.....and were the wheels used on Dodge trucks also used on other brands?  Your knowledge would be a big help to me.....thank you!
