Canadian Dodge - where to put the "draining-plate"?

Hello, I have bought a complete set of data plates for my Canadian Dodge APT. But this one I don't no where to put? I find nothing in the handbook, manual or somewhere else. Does anybody knows?

You might have better luck asking this question on the maple leaf up forum or perhaps g503 forum... the members there have a lot more knowledge about the specifics of ww2 dodges etc.
