Under seat heaters

Has anyone got any information on the rare under seat heaters? Pictures, part number etc? I seem to remember reading a thread on the old forum but cant find it now.

I found a pair of under seat heater in 4 door parts car I bought last year. It is a 46-48 Plymouth. They are pretty cool. Not sure if they are factory or aftermarket. They fit into indentations that are part of the 4 door and my 46 business coupe.

Do you have any photos? I think I have found one but im not sure if it is or not.

I think the same units were used on the P-15s

Looks just like the pair I have. Any idea if they are factory or after market? Do you still want pictures? I can take some if you need them?

What I posted is from the Mopar Accessories Parts List. It is factory.

Cool. Not going to work in my business coupe but was a neat find. Your list shows it available up to 42. Ant idea if they were still in the list for the later 40's or people just kept putting them in the newer cars?

Great stuff guys, unfortunatley it looks as though I have not found a set, must be something else. Thanks for all the info though, really interesting finding out about about all the more unusual parts that werre offered on Mopar cars.
