I just got back on the forum after trying for weeks. Oh, this is AL Fam but I updated my handle to "277 HEMI" so I could drive in the fast lane. :)

I just got around to installing my Gorge A OD (I think its about a year old now) and it was a job for me to do. I did have a set of rear motor mounts but didn't have the front mount in hand when the trans was changed.

When installing the rear mounts, the engine had to be moved around a lot to get the old ones out and in an in doing so the front mount came apart (it was already gown I just helped it along). I called Andy something for a new mount and they said 6 weeks so I looked elsewhere.

Its good to be back too.

on the front mount on my 34- basically the same as the 48 etc when it came apart.

I ground off the top studs leading and going thru the steel front mount then clamped it all together and drilled thru top plate on the rubber thru the rubber and thru the lower mount plate that gave me a straight shot thru all. I then put bolts thru and welded them to the mount. Then when I pt the mount on the bracket on the motor and it works just fine
