Jim Yergin
Last night I was wiring up my fuel gauge. It wouldn't work but then I remembered the posts on this forum regarding the importance of having a good ground at the fuel tank sending unit. I guess that is especially important when you have a wooden body car like my wagon. I ran a ground wire to the sending unit and the gauge works great. Not the first time and certainly not the last time that this forum has been a big help to me. Jim Yergin
Chester Brzostowski
Jim, How close are you to driving her. I know you have been working on that car for quite some time. It will probably feel strange driving it around instead of working on it. Chet...

Jim Yergin
Chet, I am not as close as I would like to be but I am getting there. I keep chipping away at it. The problem now is with the return of cold weather some things will have to wait until Spring. Is your "new" Plymouth located in Virginia or Delaware? I would love to see it in person some day. Any chance you will bring it to Sully next year? Jim

Chester Brzostowski
Jim, It's here in Virginia. I plan on fixing the brakes over the winter so that I can drive it this summer. Sully might be in the cards but I have yet to troubleshoot some vibration in the drive train. I haven't had the chance to review this yet since not having any brakes except the parking brake makes it hard to drive on our busy Virginia streets. Also need a rewire to get the necessary lights working again. Not a whole lot but enough to do with that and the 48 in progress. Need more spare time, which by the way my job is going.., is getting less and less as time goes on. I plan to be home next weekend so maybe you can drop by if you are in the area. Don also wanted to take a look. This weekend I am going to Delaware to try and get more work done to the 48. Chet...
