If you've had carb leaks and your manifold is all gummed up from gas residue, the best manifold cleaner is just some carb spray and a rag. I wear vinyl gloves to do this, it's pretty harsh stuff, and I use the rag so I don't get it on everything else. Just wet the rag and work fast since this stuff evaporates fast.
