BobT-47P15 Posted December 2, 2010 Report Posted December 2, 2010 Hey, how about this one - for sale on ebay in New Jersey. About the same color............. Link to the ad. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Dodge-Convertible-1949-Dodge-Wayfarer-Convertible-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem3a60e010c7QQitemZ250733400263QQptZUSQ5fCarsQ5fTrucks#v4-38 The ads with their several pictures are often a good reference source. If you know how, you might cut and paste the ad pictures to some other place to save them. Just a suggestion. Quote

BobT-47P15 Posted December 3, 2010 Report Posted December 3, 2010 You can probably eventually dress up that steering wheel by adding the better center with horn ring. May need both the steering wheel and horn components together. This car appears to have a similar horn center to the 46-48 Plymouth Deluxe (the cheaper model). Like this one in the ebay ad.......... 49wayfarer Posted December 31, 2010 Author Report Posted December 31, 2010 (edited) I made it over to my friends shed today and cleaned out some of the debris that had littered the floor of the car. The 4 inches of rotting cloth and old leaves hasn't been kind to the floor of this old girl. I took some pictures of the other bad spots on the car. Edited December 31, 2010 by 49wayfarer Quote
