The top hinges in both of my doors were worn pretty good. In fact the drivers side pin was busted as well as rusted into the hinge. I wasn't able to drive them out so I mounted them to a block of aluminum and clamped it into a vise so I could drill-out then ream the new hole. I had a friend make me some new pins.

Nice work, Jeff. I wondered how something like that would be

accomplished, and now I know.
