Little help with front seat belt, please

Hey guys

On my P18 I need a little help getting the seat belt through the back part of the front seat pan. I have an idea to drill a big hole and put protection around it, but where?

The part of the three point seat belt that hangs on the B piller is on just fine. Now it is just those little pesky parts that go in the center of the seat to hook the pull part to.
