Avoid an ebay scam

1. Remember! Too good to be true? It usually is.

2. Never click on a supposed link to ebay given by someone through an email.

If it is a scam, you will be taken to a site that is a perfect ebay clone. It may even have a nice feature the real ebay does not. Live chat to help you!

3. Check the seller's ebay name against the seller list.

4. Be wary of second chance offers. Especially pricey items.

5. Forward any fishy emails to spoof@ebay.com and you will have an answer in a few minutes.

I've turned in a few things to ebay that seemed fishy. They usually will

reply about receiving the info. What they actually do about it I have no

idea.
