This afternoon Cooper and I went for a ride in the Plymouth, we took some photos of the "Barn Quilts" that have been placed on a couple of local cow barns. Hope you all enjoy a slice of life in the Mountains. Notice the cow manure on the one road, when we went past the one barn, the farmer was out spreading cow manure, boy did Cooper's nose go into overdrive:):)

Hope everyone is having a good day, I sure know Cooper and I are

Bob

Bob,

It was an idea that the Neversink Renaissance got from the farmers in Iowa. A good share of the old cow barns in the town of Neversink have some neat quilt patterns painted on 4x4x8 sheets of plywood.

As of now, there are no working dairy farms in the town of Neversink, although there are a couple of beef farms

Google Neversink Barn Quilts just for giggles, it is rather interesting.
