i have a 1948 dodge custom d24 with fuel sender issues. mine has the later design for 1948 with only one wire at the sender (NOT the bi metal heated system) can anyone tell me what the ohm values should be for the sender. "tanks" says it should be 73 - 10 ohms but i think thats incorrect. my understanding is that if your fuel gauge has three terminals its a two terminal sender (bi metalic heated system) but if fuel gauge has two terminals it uses a single terminal sender (the more traditional ohm value sender) my fuel gauge has two terminals. so for the single wire sender on late 1948 dodge whats the ohm value supposed to be for the sender for empty and full, thanks in advance
