  1. I have a 1948 B-1-D 126 plan on doing a lot to it. right now I am looking for any suggestions on new front suspension to handle my big block? any idea guys? thanks
  2. Well I just acquired my 1st one 1948 B-1-D milk truck and I am excited I'm going to old school rat rod it. it is a 4710-3336
  3. I actually was going to mid engine this thing but im not sure yet. Lol
  4. I know that is what makes me different nobody does a one ton as a rat rod therefore I shall do it and I will keep you posted as the project progresses

  7. yes I'm glad I saved it too I'm either going to put my small block that I already built or I have a 429 that might go in it I thought it might be some rare truck with that cab but I'm unable to find out exactly what it was for because there's so few of them I really didn't want to hack this thing up but if its just a very common vehicle I'm going to bag it and put a big engine sticking out of the hood just rat d it out lol

  10. Thank you all for your input I will check for these tags. and yes I going to keep the updates online as progress goes. I am going to keep it rustic but definitely SB for it. I just have not seen the cab style at the doors on any vehicle at all... thanks again for everything... Mike
  11. I have recently purchased this vehicle and I am not sure exactly what it is? I have looked all over the web trying to identify the box. I think after some research the cab is a 1948 B Series 1st Version 1 Ton Express.
