1948 stake 24' long empty weight?

Thanks Bryan Lots of options to consider. The truck title shows empty weight of 5555lbs., with 300 Bushel of wheat @ 60lbs/bushel= 18000 lbs. gets us to a gross of around 24,000 lbs. Does that sound about right?? The charts showed quite a range of weights. BTW, this is a one owner, all original and runs good. Can't wait to get her home! Thanks again, Steve -
Just bought a 1948 Pilot House stake bed grain truck and need to get it trailered home. Anyone know what the empty weight of this truck might be? It does have the metal grain sides. Just need a ballpark to see if my trailer will work. Thanks:) Steve
