have recently purchased 51 dodge b3 and two parts trucks looking for for best and easiest way to replace window reg and door handles , also going to have to replace some dash items /wiring and brake work . any suggestions or resources ?

recently bought a descent 1951 and several parts trucks biggest issues with the running one is brakes , dash , and doors and no tailgate .........any suggestions for the newbie ? btw hopefully will have plenty of extra body parts to sell
