    I recently purchased a 1947 WC which has an alternator. I want to convert it back to 6V and have a generator but am trying to find the correct upper bracket. My truck has a straight upper bracket with a slot in it but I've seen photos of a more triangular shaped bracket with a slot in one portion of it. Which one is correct?
