  1. That's the picture I needed, thank you!
  2. I need help locating where the return springs for the clutch/ brake pedals go on a '47 Plymouth P-15. Any pictures or schematics would be a big help and greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  3. I replaced the motor mount bushings in this '47 P-15 and it shifts great now, thanks for the help. Now I have 2 broken springs, (6'' long, light pressure return springs) that I think are the clutch and brake pedal return springs. Is there a schematic out there that shows where they connect? Thanks in advance..... John.
  4. Thank you.
  5. Okay, I don't feel any spring loaded action in the first /reverse arm so I believe there is a problem. Thank you.
  6. I have a customers '48 Plymouth in the shop. His column shifter works hard, so after reading the Forum about the worn out rear engine mounts, I ordered new ones. I unhooked the linkage at the trans and the 2nd and 3rd arms functioned in the trans as it should, but the 1st/reverse arm did not feel like there was any detent ball in it. I have done lots of 4 speeds, but not these 3 speeds, So my question is, did they not use a detent ball and spring in these transmissions, and can I get a schematic that shows the breakdown? Thanks.
