Want to install an electric fuel pump and I am looking for a plate to block off the mechanical fuel pump opening. Do not know for sure which motor I have in my 51 Dodge 2 ton dump truck. Do all 6 cylinder truck engines use the same mechanical fuel pump? How can I know for sure what size motor I have?

Just replaced the fuel tank in my 51 Dodge B-Series 2 ton dump truck. Want to install an electric fuel pump. Do I have to install a return line?
