  1. Thank you, all!! I didn't know if I had to get some sort of special plug or not being a brake cylinder (high pressure). That 5/8 inch seems to be an odd size from what I can tell - but will bring it in and see what will fit.
  2. Hi All! My first post here and am grateful to have found a group that has a lot of expertise as I've inherited a 1952 B3B "project" truck upon my father in-law's passing. I don't know much (um - none) about these vehicle and some slightly above average car mechanic tasks in general. So, I'd appreciate some advice, please. My old brake master cylinder was completely shot. I have purchased a new one and have gotten a new fitting for the brake line on it. It requires an end plug in front that is saying (from the manufacturer) "Boss, Nipple or Port: Front, End [cntrc]: 5/8"-18 open". Well, I cannot seem to find a 5/8" plug for a master cylinder anywhere! Might anyone here have some advice, direction, place to purchase it? Below is a photo of what I'm mentioning.
