This is not correct. I have retitled several out of state vehicles in Texas without having to get a VIN verification.

Also, is anyone aware of a registry for these cars? I have found a couple of old listings claiming 4-5 exist but about 700 were made ‘46-48 and that sounds like an extremely low survival rate for a high end trim model.
