I have also been told that a Jeep steering wheel would go on if I ruin the steering getting it off as most people have told me will happen

I also have a 50 with a three on the tree. I need to get the steering wheel off so I can remove the jacket around the steering shaft it is broken on the bottom end. anyone reading this have a puller designed for the b2b to pull the steering wheel or know where I could get one one rent one?

I have 2 problems with my 50 pilot house pickup can’t get the steering wheel off and one that you may be able to answer. My column shift doesn’t work very well. The jacket on the column is loose. I have to remove the jacket. Now the question since you are changing yours. There is part of the shift mechanism that is in the engine compartment that goes around the jacket or is attached to the jacket do you know which?
