  1. Thanks Merle but it finally popped loose today. Was happy for that until I discovered a crack in the inside corner of the drum.Guess I'll be looking for a brake drum! Anybody? Anyway got the backs off and was told the fronts come off easier.Appreciate the good people on this site,Dean
  2. I got one side off (rear),will try the other side today.Definitely needs work inside.Do you or anyone have any resources for parts? Will todays auto/truck stores carry the basics or essentials?Always appreciated,Dean
  3. Reg,I can remove the sliding hammer attachment and install that center bolt(bolt is in the pic),but it doesn't have the wings like yours.Have to use a wrench or socket on it.Thanks,Dean.Also want to thank coW52Dodge for his comment and suggestion...
  4. Reg,sent pic through email,probably why you didn't get it.Hope this works!Thanks for your time..Dean
  5. Reg,Did you receive the pic of the puller I was using? If not,let me know and I will resend it.Dean Beaver
  6. I have a 1952 B3B pilothouse and can't seem to get the rear drums off.Obviously there frozen good or I'm overlooking something.I removed everthing except the shaft key (in which I can't get out at this point). The brakes are freed.I used penetrating oil, heat, puller and still no luck.Shouldn't the drums come off at this point? What's going on? Anyone Know?Open for suggestions...
