  1. Those videos were perfect. I think the brackets that are on the fender and unbolt from the inside are missing. I'm going to take another look at it this week and i'll take a lot of pics. Thanks for the help.
  2. I went and looked at it, the rust didn't seem too bad. I think the model was a B1C which makes it a 3/4 ton, I think. I don't know if that would make sense for the axles of not. They did do a hack job on the firewall trying to put a 318 in it and as for the fenders......well I couldn't even see what they were supposed to be bolted to at the bottom, they were just kind of floating there. Some pics of this area would be great if any one has them. One crossmember was bad and a couple of the supports for the home made step ups were bad also. My plans are to make a hot rod out of it, the wrong people have been at it so it would be a hard rig to restore. It is close to me and I could probably get it for $1500 I really do like these pickups and have been looking for one for a while. Thanks for the info and incite please keep it coming.
  3. I was looking to buy this truck the other day and the guy told me it was a 1 ton converted into a pickup. I was just wondering if there is any cab difference or other differences that I should know about before I get it. It looks to be in good shape and the price seems to be fair. Any info would be appreciated.
