    Hi. I would like to swap my front suspension to a Dakota suspension. what years are best. How far back should you go on the dakota frame. To mount on the 49 frame. Thanks, Joe

    I'm new to this. I have a 1949 Dodge B1B truck. I want to put a Dodge 318 motor in it. Has anyone done this. Looks to me I have to push back the firewall 2-2 1/2" for distributor clearance. Any suggestions and pictures. Thanks, Joe
