Chassis number is stamped by the steering box on top of the chassis.

Yes I already know the chassis no. breakdown. It was registered as such from original owner who bought it from Flinders Motors, Adelaide. I have wondered if it was an earlier year as some things didn't add up. Can only guess it was on the lot for a while and not a special order. Split screen and 3 chrome bars, steering box in front of axle. Chassis number confirmed stamped in chassis behind steering box. (Although steering box is now LN65 hilux p/strg unit.)

I have Fargo 108BF4711 in South Australia and it is a 1956 if that helps.
