    Yes, it does run. It has been converted to a torsion bar front end and has a 318/904/ 8 3/4 rear end. Where can I decode the serial number ? THANKS for your help.

    Hi, I am new to these trucks. My VIN tag says model DE1-08, max gross vehicle weight 4700 lbs., 82 net HP @ 3400 rpm. Does anyone know what this decodes as, I can't seem to find information on the Windsor Ontario Canadian built trucks. THANKS for your help, Ron
