Any ideas on where to source vent hose that will fit the defroster ducts?

If anyone has good photos of the defroster diverted piece with a scale so that we could make CAD drawings, I think we’re going to try and fab one up, as extensive search has come up empty as far as finding one.

Have a Mopar Deluxe Model 36 Heater in a '49 B-1-D 126. Interested in how any venting or heater ducting would have been routed through the interior? All of the interior heater ducting was rotten beyond recognition when we pulled out the truck, so I don't have any reference. How much ducting ran under the dash and where did it go? Thanks for any help. Also if anyone has a schematic drawing of the heater parts, I'm looking for photos of any of the duct routing pieces, all we have is the heater box (though it works and is in great shape!)
