Ok so this was cool. Since my time in Wisconsin as a body man 24 years now. I have come to the reality that if the nut and bolt looks rusted it is more then likely going to break. Allowing at least one if not both sets of knuckles slamming in to the steel component in front of them. On this entire project I broke 1 bolt. It was one of the bolts on one of the wood bed upper rails.
