Phil Martin Posted June 19, 2008 Report Posted June 19, 2008 I was able to find a new radiator to fit my 50 Dodge. While I had it out thought I would pull water pump and check out the infamous distribution tube. Stuck my finger in and pulled it right out not rusted and in great shape. From all I've heard about them this must have been a miracle. Quote

Phil Martin Posted June 20, 2008 Author Report Posted June 20, 2008 Looked like steel to me. Iflushed a whole lot of rust out of engine. 53,000 mile car and no sign of it ever being apart. About time I got lucky with old cars. Quote
