Normspeed
Grandadeo will be arriving at the airport in another hour. The Atlanta to CA leg of his flight was delayed a bit so he arrives at 10pm at Ontario (CA) so I'll be off to fetch him in a little while. I've already gotten a call from a couple guys who came out from Fla with a Model A. We'll hook up with them early tomorrow, meet up with some other guys in Cucamonga, and off to Crestline, Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear Lake for a country breakfast, wooden boat regatta and a car show. Sunday we meet up with some forum folks for breakfast and then off to to the Antique Nationals in Fontana where we will amuse the crowd with blazing 25 second runs down the quarter mile. Probably have a BBQ at my place after if we are still conscious. Lee has a list of shops to visit, we almost always hit Mooneyes, Limeworks, SoCal, and a few others. This year he got a line on a place in Colton called G&G Mopars. Supposed to be a great shop and one of the largest collections of stock and original parts this side of Andy Burnbaum, mostly 30s to 50s. So why have I not heard of this place before? Our ride for the week is the P24, and she is running as good as she's ever gonna get, so it's gas prices be damned, full speed ahead!
