Normspeed
I wrapped up my vent window repair today. More complex job than I expected but all the door disassembly gave me a chance to lube all the door and window parts. I have to say thanks a lot to Mr. Belvedere on the forum. Haven't seen many posts from him lately. My vent window frame was broken at the bottom pivot. Mr. B had a very nice frame with a good pivot and no glass. He graciously donated it to me and it looks great and works properly now. I moved my glass to the new frame, cleaned lubed and assembled the pivot assembly, and now it's the shiniest piece of my ride! Thanks a lot Richard. Normspeed
Nope, it broke again shorly after I reinstalled it. I started a fresh post looking for a replacement part. Oh well, at least the vent window came out good.
