Hi all, in Januarys issue of Hemmings Classic Car they did an article on a 41 Dodge, it had been in the particular family since 1955. It had sat for over 25 years, but the young recipeint, woke her from her deep slumber and got her on the roads of Southern California again. But she was in desperate need of new paint, she got the paint job and here are the pics...............Fred

Yes it's nice to see follow through on plans for our cars. I should invite this fellow Moparnut to join us, Normspeed knows him, both come from the same part of town...........Fred

Makes me think I'm falling behind a little. I still haven't managed to get my coupe painted!

Ed your idea on the other thread is a good one, prime whole car one color, either black or grey or even red oxide, have trime back on, enjoy for the 08 season, do body work next winter one panel at a time. At least when a car is primed on color, and the trim is on it looks nice and neat, the Ratrod kinda look, go for it...........Fred

Yup, I mentioned the forum to him and he indicated he does post sometimes, but I believe he was mistaking us for one of the other Mopar forums. He had a decent looking Dodge 230 motor for sale a while back, converted to 12 volt, but as far as I know he didn't sell it. He also has a vintage Lincoln.
