Steering shaft and gear., 1946 Dodge D24

Needed the shaft (with threads for steering wheel).  Mine is basically destroyed.   These are hollow so horn wire can go down the length of tube.  Given the condition of the car,  the steering gear probably needs rebuilding.   I'm in WA state,  so preferably I'd like to find something in the area - shipping is pretty much outrageous.  If you have a unit with original directional signal arm, that would be great.
