1953 Plymouth Cranbrook Transmission/emergency brake linkages

So I wasn't the one to take it apart, but I'm the one to put it back together. I'm having a hard time figuring out where the emergency brake bracket is mounted to. Also, there are a couple bolts on the transmission. They have nuts almost screwed off of it like somebody took something off and put the nuts back on so they wouldn't lose the nuts. Any info on what goes on those bolts and where the emergency brake bracket mounts? There is also another thing Circled that's in between the two nuts. Kind of looks like what the speedometer would go to but believe the speedometer goes where I have it. New to all this so any help would be great. Thank you.

This is a picture of forum member Loren ‘s Borg Warner overdrive transmission that she posted a while back ,  you can see from it how the E-brake linkage is put together ……. Also those nuts that are backed off are just tightened up, you can also see where the ebrake cable bracket goes on the bottom two bolt studs.  
  We will have to wait for someone else to comment on the speedometer cable and what I think is the reverse light switch??

  OH , and yes, you aren’t the only one that wishes your tranny looked as stellar as the one that Loren posted here !  👍

Yeah I tried to paint it with some very old paint that I found, turns out old paint doesn't work well lol. Thanks for the info. I'll take another look. I was having a hard time finding pictures. I appreciate the help
