I didn't want to clutter up the string under P15D24 about fixing my brakes, So I have a history tidbit here.  I came across a Service Manual for "Two Leading Shoe Hydraulic Brakes", presumably for England.  Component designs are somewhat different from Chrysler vintage cars.  So my download of the manual is useless for the present job. A  few oddities:

Brakes adjustable through a hole in the wheel.

Rear brake cylinders incorporating a lever to actuate the brakes as parking brakes.

Hydraulic clutches.

Light commercial truck systems.

And then there's history of Mr. Lockheed.  Started with Duesenberg brakes and moved on.  Sold the brake business to WPC, and went on to build airplanes.
