Rebuild Service for BXV-3

Are there any reputable rebuilders/exchangers for this carb?  I tried rebuilding mine however there were some jets that could not be removed so I am skeptical of performance.   Car has sat for 20 plus years.

skeptical of performance says to me t hat you have not tried the carb out at this point.....give you and the carb some credit and see what it does on install.
